These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website tozongakotongamboka.com (the "Site"), published by Tozonga Ko Tonga Mboka, an unincorporated community association based in the United Kingdom.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Site or becoming a member, you accept these Terms of Use in full, along with our Privacy Policy and KYC/AML Policy.

3. Nature of the Association

Tozonga Ko Tonga Mboka is a not-for-personal-profit community association run for the mutual benefit of its members, operating on the basis of voluntary and regular member contributions, in a spirit of solidarity and community development connected to the Democratic Republic of Congo. The Association is not a bank, payment institution, or authorised investment services provider.

4. Membership

Membership is open to members of the Congolese diaspora and anyone sharing the Association's objectives, subject to committee approval, in accordance with the Association's Internal Rules.

5. Contributions

Member contributions are voluntary, made according to the agreed schedule, and managed collectively in accordance with rules adopted by the Association. No guarantee of financial return or outcome is offered to members.

6. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully, not to interfere with its operation, and to provide accurate information when registering.

7. Intellectual Property

Content on the Site (text, logos, visuals) is the property of the Association or its partners and may not be reproduced without prior authorisation.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Association strives to ensure the accuracy of information published on the Site but cannot be held liable for errors, interruptions, or third-party use of such information.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The Association reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any material change.
